Shipping policy

We ship to all states in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. All rates are determined  by USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated due to a promotion or sale. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow 2-4 business days for shipping. However, as all J Renae Candle Co products are hand-made, production can take 1-2 weeks if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If a significant delay is expected for your order shipment, we will contact you via e-mail. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If you select local delivery, your order will be hand-delievered. Unless otherwise instructed, orders will be dropped off at your front door and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout to inform you that your order has been delivered.
